Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 21 years and 27 years. Cutoff
date for determining age limit would be 01-05-2012. (Age relaxations will
be extended as per Govt. rules).

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of
Written Test conducted by IBPS followed by Group Discussion and Interview
conducted by Bank.

Qualification: As on 1/5/2012 candidates who have degree of Chartered
Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Master of Business Administration,
Master in Management Studies, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management
in Finance/Marketing/Human Resource Management (full time).
