New Tavera Neo 3 launched
General Motors had unveiled the upgraded version of the Chevrolet Tavera
Neo 3 at the 2012 Auto Expo in New Delhi and the company had launched the
Tavera Neo 3 with the BS III complaint engine in February 2012 at a
starting price of Rs 6.72 lakh. Now, Chevrolet is all set to launch the
new Tavera Neo 3 that is equipped with the new BS IV engine tomorrow -
the 21 March 2012 in an event that is scheduled in New Delhi.
The biggest change on the MUV is the all-new Sonalika sourced 2.0-litre
Tcdi direct injection diesel engine good for 105bhp of power and 262 Nm
of torque. The engine is mated with a 5-speed transmission. Apart from
being more powerful, the new engine is expected to be more refined as well.
The new Chevrolet Tavera Neo 3 BS IV has already hit the showrooms and
the best part is its highly competitive price.
