DLF Indian Premier League 2012 player auction is being held on February 4, 2012 at Bengaluru. In this edition 144 players are available for sale A total of 144 players, including eight Indians, will go under the hammer. The auction will be conducted by Richard Madley, by now a familiar face on the IPL circuit.New Zealand’s wicketkeeper-batsman Brendon McCullum price of $400,000, Mahela Jayawardene ($300,000) and England pacer James Anderson ($300,000) The exceptions are RCB and PW, which have already spent some money retaining their respective replacements, Chris Gayle and Sourav Ganguly.
The DLF IPL and/or the Official Broadcaster retains and, to the extent required, is hereby granted by the relevant copyright owner governed by these Guidelines, the rights to enforce compliance by News Broadcasters and associated and unassociated third parties with these Guidelines (whether by means of anti-infringement actions, legal proceedings or otherwise) and with the copyright law in force. In all such cases, the News Broadcasters governed by these Guidelines will not undertake any act to obstruct, nullify or obviate the rights of the DLF IPL under this provision.
